Customer Personal Data Processing Information

This information is provided pursuant to Article 13 of European Regulation No. 679/2016 (hereinafter, GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018. According to the aforementioned legislation, such processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of your privacy and rights. In accordance with the above articles, the following information is provided:

You may request information about the presence of a Joint Controller by contacting the Controller at the above details.
2. Your data will be processed for the following purposes:
1) Provision of our products and services. This also includes fulfilling needs connected or instrumental to our activity, including operational, managerial, and customer support needs. The legal basis is therefore the necessity of processing your data for the execution of pre-contractual measures (e.g., request for a quote), aimed at concluding any contract with the Controller, and for the execution of the contract concerning the products and services requested from the Controller.
2) Administrative purposes. The Controller will also process your data to comply with legal obligations (legal basis for processing), of a fiscal, accounting, and administrative nature, to which it is subject.
3) Direct marketing purposes. Your personal data provided for this purpose will be processed only with your specific and separate consent (Art. 7 GDPR). The legal basis for processing is therefore your consent, freely and informedly given through the completion of the appropriate section at the end of this information notice or otherwise available upon request to the Controller at the contact details above.
3. Providing data for purposes related to the execution of pre-contractual measures or the contract is necessary to use the requested services; therefore, any refusal to provide them makes it impossible for the Controller to perform such services. Providing data for the Controller's marketing purposes is optional, and refusal prevents receiving commercial and/or promotional communications from the Controller.
4. Recipients of the processing are data processors (including third parties) and internal personnel of the Controller’s organization, authorized by the Controller. Personal data will not be publicly disclosed but may be communicated to third parties, including appointed Data Processors (whose list is available by contacting the Controller at the address above), exclusively for technical and operational needs strictly connected to the purposes outlined above. In particular, companies or professionals for accounting and/or fiscal obligations; IT companies for the management of IT systems; software providers.
5. Data is processed and stored at the Controller’s registered office and on servers located within the Controller’s registered office, and in any case, within the European Union.
6. Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the above purposes, and in any case, in accordance with applicable law. Personal data provided for direct marketing purposes will be processed and stored for a maximum period of 24 months from collection.
7. You may, at any time: access your personal data; obtain the correction or deletion of such data or restriction of processing concerning it; object to processing; exercise the right to data portability; withdraw consent; lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Italian Data Protection Authority – Garante Privacy).
